When we started raising various vegetables, We find it icredibly enjoyable.
All of these vegetables are pretty and delicious. It has the real taste and chewiness of the ingredients.It smells of the sun.
Founded October 1992.
We devised a cooking method called ‘double soup’.
That means blending two types of soup stock,
one is mainly made from pork and chicken
and the other is made from kelp and several shavings of dried fish,
and they are mixed just before serving.
Our ramen was unique when we started because
the mainstream of Chinese noodle was so-called soy sauce ramen at that time.
But customers have been gradually inceasing
since getting popularity among Utsunomiya University students,
and also thanks to Ramen Boom in Japan, now many customers have favored our tastes.
We have been imprving our tastes of ramen every day.
In order to provide even more delicious one, we have begun to grow green onions by ourselves.
Now we grow wheat for noodles and many other vegitables like leek of the spice.
We will continue to make every effort to provide delicious ramen.
